About the event
South Carolina Democrats are a super minority in the state legislature and non-existent as a player in statewide elections. Since 2013, SC Democrats have lost nearly 25% of their State House seats. In 2022, the party lost five House seats, including four majority-minority seats, failing to win a single one back in 2024, and losing an additional 4 Senate seats.
What is happening inside the State House and on the ground that has put a once relevant party on the outside and how do we fix it?
